The Project will reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Alberta by generating electricity through solar. Project displaces current fossil fuel-based alternatives on the Alberta grid by supplying cleaner energy through solar. Greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions will be quantified, and offsets generated in accordance with the Quantification Protocol for Solar Electricity Generation Version 1, May 2008 (“Solar Protocol”).
