Jenner Wind Power Project 3 (the “Project”) consists of the emission reductions generated through the generation of electricity by wind, a clean and renewable source versus electricity generation through fossil fuel-based sources. These greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions have been generated in accordance with the Quantification Protocol for Wind-Powered Electricity Generation Version 1 March 2008 (“Wind Protocol”). The Project consists of one facility with 20 turbines with a total generating capacity of 109.2 MW.
